What we do
VRF Systems
A VRF network is one refrigerant system serving tens or hundreds of rooms. It performs only as well as its design, its pipework and its commissioning — so we do all three.
Design
- Heating and cooling load calculation, room by room
- Zoning, indoor unit selection and outdoor unit sizing
- Refrigerant piping design: pipe sizes, branch kits, total pipe length and height limits
- Refrigerant quantity and small-room concentration check
- Central control and building management (BMS) integration
Installation & commissioning
- Copper pipework brazed under nitrogen purge
- Pressure test and deep vacuum before charging
- Additional refrigerant charge calculated from the as-built pipework
- Addressing, test run and operating data recorded at handover
Service
- Fault code diagnosis on indoor and outdoor units
- Inverter and control board repair or replacement
- Sensor, fan motor and expansion valve replacement
- Leak detection, repair, vacuum and recharge
