What we do
Maintenance Contracts
We agree the equipment list, the visit frequency and the scope in writing. Then we turn up on schedule, do the work, and leave a report you can file.

- Indoor and outdoor units, chillers, AHUs and heat recovery units
- Boilers, hot water tanks, pumps and related plant on the same contract
- Systems installed by others included

- Refrigerant condition, pressure and leak checks
- Electrical connections, controls and remote controllers
- Airflow, vibration and noise checks
- Condensate drain lines cleared
