Maintenance Contracts
A cooling system starts losing ground the day it is switched on. We agree the equipment, visit frequency and scope with you in writing — then arrive on schedule, do the work properly and leave a report you can file.
Scope
- Monthly, quarterly or seasonal visits — agreed per site
- Indoor and outdoor units, chillers, AHUs and heat recovery
- Boilers, hot water tanks and pumps on the same contract
- Systems installed by others included

- Filters, coils and fans cleaned
- Refrigerant condition, pressures and leaks checked
- Electrical connections and controls checked
- Airflow, vibration and noise checked
- Condensate drains cleared

What a maintenance contract buys you
