What we do
Underfloor Heating
Warm water circulating through pipes under the floor turns the whole floor into a gentle radiator. No units on the walls, no draughts, no noise — just an even warmth that starts at your feet. We design the loops, install them and connect them to the heat source.
Design

- Loop layout and pipe spacing for each room
- Manifold positions and circuit lengths
- Heat source matched — boiler or heat pump
Installation
- Insulation boards and edge strips
- Pipe laid exactly to the loop drawing
- Manifolds with flow meters and actuators
- Pressure-tested before the screed is poured
Commissioning & service
- Circuits balanced at the manifold
- Room thermostats and zone control
- A controlled first heat-up of the screed
- Care of manifolds, pumps and boilers
Why it matters
Underfloor heating works with low water temperatures, which makes it a natural partner for heat pumps and condensing boilers.
The pipes are buried for decades — so the drawing, the pressure test and the balancing have to be right the first time.
