Chillers & Central Plant
Central plant carries the whole building. We select, install and commission chillers — and we take over existing plant that has been neglected or never properly commissioned.

- Rigging, placement and anti-vibration mounting
- Chilled water pipework, pumps, valves and expansion
- Controls, sequencing and interlocks
Overhaul & repair
- Compressor change-out and circuit rebuild
- Leak tracing, repair, evacuation and charging to specification
- Condenser coil and heat exchanger cleaning
- Electrical and control component replacement
Performance
- Operating data measured against design conditions
- Approach temperatures, pressures and currents recorded
- Recommendations when retrofit is cheaper than repair
